DVA participant and veteran family services
Tell us what support is needed. We confirm the referral, approved scope and correct claiming route before care begins, then keep delivery records connected to that authority.
A controlled DVA pathway
Eligibility, referral authority, service scope and the authorised claimant must align. Vitalstart checks those gates before releasing work.
We establish the relevant DVA programme, referral source and whether Vitalstart is working directly or through an authorised provider.
The referral, approved services, frequency, duration and any prior approval are checked before funded care is booked.
A nurse confirms clinical scope, documents the care plan and coordinates appropriately skilled nurses or support workers.
Visit evidence follows the agreed DVA or partner-provider route so the authorised claimant has complete records.

Nurse-led care at home
Vitalstart connects the approved service to nursing assessment, worker instructions, clinical review and evidence for the DVA or partner-provider pathway.
Before the first service
You can make an enquiry without having every document ready. A Care Partner will identify what is missing and provide a secure way to exchange it.

DVA pricing and billing
Where Vitalstart is not the authorised DVA claimant, services proceed through an agreed provider arrangement and records return to that provider. Private or uncovered work is quoted separately before it begins.
Do not upload clinical records into a public form. Once the enquiry is reviewed, referral and clinical documents can be exchanged through the secure participant pathway.
