You can review transparent rates before booking. Final prices depend on service type, timing, and worker level. No hidden fees are added after confirmation.

Can I use NDIS or Support at Home funding?

Yes. We support self-managed, plan-managed, and eligible government-funded pathways. During onboarding, we help you choose the correct pathway and required documentation.

Who is eligible for services?

Eligibility depends on your care needs, funding status, and location. If you are unsure, start with “I’m not sure yet” in registration and our team will guide you.
